Things to bring
(in addition to your bike)

A detailed list of items to bring will be provided on booking, but please bring the following during the ride:

• Water/drink
  
• Snacks
  
• Waterproofs
  

Desirable:

• Puncture repair kit/spare inner tube/pump
• Basic tool kit

Optional:

• Camera
  
• Extra clothing
  
• Mobile telephone

Price includes

• Bed and Breakfast accommodation (twin share basis)
• Emergency assistance
• Lunches and refreshments at morning and afternoon stops (if applicable)
• Back-up vehicle (if applicable)
• Luggage transfer (if applicable)

Price does not include

• Bike & helmet (bike hire is available)
• Travel to and from the tour
• Evening meals
• Any other personal expenses
• Travel Insurance (optional)

Payment schedule

A deposit of £80 per person must accompany the Booking Form, with the final balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to the trip. Cheques should be made payable to Red Spokes Adventure Tours.
